Weekly gymnastics and movement classes for children aged 18 months to 6 years
Team up with your tot (18 months to 3 years) to explore the sport of gymnastics together! Jumping, swinging, rolling, running, and climbing will improve balance and coordination, as well as support cognitive development. We will teach you how to assist your child for safety and success. One adult (18+) assisting on the floor is permitted for each child
This instructor-led class is for younger preschool students, ages 3-4. Kids will improve their balance, strength, and coordination using equipment sized just for them, trampoline, obstacle courses, and games. It's all about movement and fun! They will also begin learning how to thrive in an organized class setting. Children must be fully potty-trained for this class.
This class for ages 5-6 helps build the bridge between preschool classes and traditional gymnastics classes. It still focuses on basic movement and lots of fun, while also introducing more traditional gymnastics skills and events.
Weekly classes that focus on beginner, intermediate, and advanced gymnastics for children aged 7-17. Tuition: 60-minute classes = $100/month, 75-minute classes = $110/month
This class is for children ages 7 to 10 with little or no previous gymnastics instruction. Students will learn beginner skills on vault, bars, balance beam, and tumbling, while improving their balance, strength, and coordination. This is a fun introduction to the sport!
This class is for children ages 11 to 17 with little or no previous gymnastics instruction. Students will learn beginner skills on vault, bars, balance beam, and tumbling, while improving their balance, strength, and coordination. This is a fun introduction to the sport, and this class groups tweens and teens together for a better social connection!
Children age 7+ with previous gymnastics instruction or who have demonstrated progress in our Beginner classes may be ready for an Intermediate class, where more advanced skills are taught. If your student has recent gymnastics experience and you would like them to be considered for an Intermediate class, please contact us. Students are generally ready for this class when they can do a strong handstand and cartwheel, a bridge from a handstand or a standing backbend, are comfortable walking and
Children age 7+ with significant previous gymnastics instruction or who have demonstrated progress in our Intermediate classes may be ready for an Advanced class, where more advanced skills and skill connections are taught. If your student has recent gymnastics experience and you would like them to be considered for an Advanced class, please contact us. This class requires enrollment through the office.
In these classes, tumbling and trampoline are the focus. This is a great class for students who are training to pursue cheerleading, or simply do not want to work on the other gymnastics events. The beginner class is geared toward students with little or no tumbling experience, who are working on handstands, cartwheels, and bridges. This class provides a foundation in basic cheerleading skills, beyond tumbling. Students will work on jump techniques, basic stunting, and the strength and flexibility needed for those skills. It is a great supplement to our tumbling classes for students interested in cheerleading for their school or other local programs.
This 1-hour class offered during the school year is for homeschool students aged 5-17. The class will focus on beginner gymnastics and general fitness. The exact structure will depend on the age range of students.
This program focuses on running, rolling, swinging, and flipping, using gymnastics equipment, trampoline, special mats, and obstacles! This is a great class for improving balance, strength, and agility in a unique and fun way.
This class is a mix of preschool level fun and GymNinja challenge for 5-6 year olds
This basic GymNinja class is for students age 7+. Over time we hope to add a GymNinja Mighty class for students that are ready for more challenges.
This 1-hour class offered during the school year is for homeschool students aged 7-17. The class will focus on GymNinja skills and general strength and fitness. The exact structure will depend on the age range of students.
These sessions do not require an ongoing monthly enrollment, so you can choose when to come. But they are open for pre-registration because we have a limit for safety and staffing reasons. If space is available, we can accept walk-ins at the door.
Friday evening open gym is for students age 7-17 to work on their favoite skills or just have fun! There are no structured lessons, but staff will be on hand to help kids stay safe. Read more about the options HERE.
This is one-hour of time when the gym will be set up just for the preschoolers, ages 18 months to 6 years. There are no structured lessons, but staff will be on hand to help kids explore safely, and parents are asked to supervise their children during their visit. (Each session will be limited to 20 students at this time)
Finish up a week of homeschool hard work with a visit to our Open Gym time scheduled just for homeschool students, aged 7+! (Each session limited to 20 students at this time)
Sensory sessions provide a dedicated time for neurodivergent individuals (e.g., ASD, SPD, ADHD) and their families to explore and play in a safe and welcoming gym area, with direct assistance from the staff. These sessions involve structuring the environment to support the development of sensory, communication, and motor skills in children and adults with special needs, fostering improvements in self-esteem and social skills. Each session will be limited to 10 students at this time.
